Zusammenfassung :

Analysis of EXAFS data collected in a surface sensitive grazing incedence (GI) geometry show that the medium range order surrounding Nd in Zirconolite Ceramics Irradiated by Heavy Ions is sensitive to the irradiation dose. Above the critical dose of amorphisation (estimated to 2.10¹⁵ Pb³⁺ ions /cm²), no second shell contribution to the GIXAFS FFT is detected.
